What kind of services can Glaspak provide?
| Glaspak is a “one-stop” centre for customers who wish to have their packaging in glass rather than other forms of packaging. We have presence in the sauce (dark and red) market, jam, liquor, honey, pharmaceutical markets. |

| We are also capable of producing glass packaging according to customers’ own specifications as we have our own in-house designers (trained internationally by AC/OI) and mould manufacturer. |
Is there a minimum order and how is Glaspak’s pricing compared to other glass suppliers in the region?
| At Glaspak, we cater to small to large orders depending on customers requirements. |

| As usual, small – medium orders will see a premium pricing there is no other supplier(s) in the South East Asia region or the world for that matter will entertain small quantity orders (e.g. from 50,000 pieces to 300,000 pieces). |
Hat kind of product quality can we expect from Glaspak?
Quality is Glaspak’s utmost priority as we believe in delivering the best finished product to our customers.
Our own in-house QA/QC team has vast experience in quality checking and control. They were also trained under the AC/OI program specification tailored to the glass manufacturing industry. |

| In view of our strict QA/QC requirement, Glaspak had managed to pass strict QA/QC control of major sauce / beverage customers like Co-Ro from Europe (SunQuick), Lee Kum Kee from Hong Kong, YEO’S from Singapore, Region Food Industries, LINGAM, Yuen Chun, Sri Nona and Lam Soon from Malaysia. |
Can a walk-in customer enjoy credit terms when buying goods from Glaspak?
Unfortunately, all walk-in customers will have to pay cash for the goods purchased from Glaspak.
Is the process to create a new glass packaging complicated and tedious?
The process flow is as follows:-

Customer(s) will provide the drawing and specifications of the type of bottle they want Glaspak to produce OR they will provide a physical sample for Glaspak’s in-house designer to come up with the specification and technical drawings for the customer(s) to approve. |

Upon approval of the drawings, customer(s) has to agree to the pricing and terms and conditions stated in a simple Supply Agreement Letter before Glaspak proceed to create a new mould / proceed with production. |

|
Our QA/QC team will be monitoring the process and approve the quality of the trial production run of the bottle before our supplier commences the full commercial production run. |

The finished product will then be delivered to the customer(s) business premise. |

Yes, Glaspak can definitely support your requirement.

| As usual, before both parties proceed to the final commercial transaction, the customer(s) must have already signed and approved the required drawings specifications, the commercial terms and conditions stipulated in the Supply Agreement Letter. |
