Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the Company service and quality system is in place and to be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure that the systems are working in accordance to the objectives for product and service quality objectives.
- Review service and quality performance on major customers and implement agreed improvement programs with the customers and on time in achieving at least 95% customer satisfaction.
- Working with supplier on packaging glass bottle are able to meet the specification and expectation at customer.
- Assist ISO program and be document controller for the ISO project.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/ Degree with preference in Science/ Engineering.
- At least 5 years working experience in quality assurance.
- Experienced in handling customers and with ISO9001.
- Knowledge in TQM and implementation.
