Responsibilities:

To source products and services (sea freight) at competitive pricing levels without compromising quality and service requirements which meets the sales targets of the company zero disruption on supply.
To establish supply priority to the respective supply parties through the monthly rolling forecast and production planning and stock holding review with zero OOS situation and minimizing working capital requirements.
Work with key supply partners on production plan and stock holding to ensure zero variance from the agreed dates and zero OOS.
Sourcing of new suppliers, new products, closures, transportation for the markets we operate in at most favourable trading terms and pricing conditions.
Evaluate existing and new supplier’s capability in line with our vendor assessment system every half yearly for existing suppliers.
To achieve annual waste reduction targets by working with suppliers, our sales, design, and quality departments to arrive optimal solutions which include glass weight reduction, packaging and logistic cost reduction.
Provide accurate and timely feedback on the status on projects and the discussion and negotiation with suppliers.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree holder in procurement management/supply chain management/logistic management or equivalent.
Min 3 years working experience in procurement management, supply chain management and/or logistic management.
Knowledge in procurement, supply chain management and / or total logistic management.
Preferably candidate who can speak, write and read in Chinese.
