Responsibilities:

Prepare the trucking plan and shipment booking according to the rolling forecast every month.
Track products delivery on time and ensure the ship is on board on time.
Maintain & reporting of China, Indonesia, Thailand, In house weekly stock status.
Sourcing ocean freight rate and local charges.
Work closely with logistic suppliers to ensure the priority for shipping is followed with regards to suppliers.
Work closely with the export agent to ensure the related document is arrived on time.
Work closely with the logistic personnel and department head regarding all the incoming shipment.
Liaise with the local forwarding agent for fast terminal clearance.
Ensure all the documents from the suppliers are proper updated and filed.
Ensure all the E-system documents are properly updated.
